1952 Endangered Mid-Century in Bannockburn – $925K

This sprawling 1952 mid-century modern in Bannockburn needs some major work. The 4 bedroom/3 bath ranch is being sold “as is” and being marketed for the .82 lot in prime Bethesda territory. It still has the original yellow metal cabinets in the kitchen. Not sure who did this one but architects Arthur Keyes and Francis Donald Lethbridge did work in the neighborhood as well as Billy Smull.

The ad will read “The VALUE IS IN THE LAND!!!” and Rasevic construction will level it and put up a faux arts and crafts that is 4000-5000 sq feet. Hope I am wrong. Maybe the market has changed.
