1958 Kenwood Park Rambler Project – $829K

While the listing says the house needs considerable work and does not include any interior pictures, I’m highlighting this 4/2.5 rambler because I really like Kenwood Park in Bethesda. The neighborhood has a nice variety of contemporary homes from the 1950s and ’60s. Could be a good sweat equity project in a neighborhood with $1 million+ homes. Hopefully someone can restore this, rather than destroy the contemporary feel as the owners did in this 1957 split-level in the neighborhood.
