1975 Custom Modern in Clarksville – $1.295 Million

Designed and built by the current owners, this 1975 custom modern home located on five acres in Clarksville was inspired by the designs of Frank Lloyd Wright, Mies van de Rohe’s Farnsworth House and Philip Johnson’s Glass House. The 4,500 square foot flat-roof home features a redwood and brick exterior, exposed interior brick walls and 44 panes of floor-to-ceiling glass (just look at that wall of glass in the living room pictured below).
