Event: Tour of Wright’s Cooke House in Virginia Beach; Listed at $4.4 Million

The beach and modern architecture. What could be better? On Saturday, Nov. 15, the 1953 Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Andrew B. and Maude Cooke House in Virginia Beach will be open for a rare tour. Homeowners Jane and Daniel Duhl will are hosting the tour and reception in their hemicycle home from 3 to 6 p.m. to benefit the Frank Lloyd Wright Building Conservancy, an international preservation organization, based in Chicago.

Founded in 1989, its mission is to facilitate the preservation and maintenance of the remaining structures designed by Frank Lloyd Wright through education, advocacy, preservation easements and technical services.

And if you like what you see, it can be yours for $4.4 million.
