Ken Freeman Contemporaries in Mantua Hills
Here’s a listing for a 1965 4 bedroom/2.5 contemporary by Ken Freeman, a New York clothing designer who moved to Maryland in the 196os to become a real estate developer. He designed Bradley Park in Bethesda and around 20 MCM homes in Mantua. This home is listed at $675,000. The listing has two images.
The other listing is for a 1963 Freeman, which is listed at $710,000. The listing said a tree fell on the house so a new kitchen is being built. Unfortunately, there is only one bad picture on the listing so you can’t really get a sense of what the house looks like.
Thanks to reader Dennis for the tip on the listings and Freeman.
