My Goodman Under Contract, New Listings on Market

Charles Goodman house in Hammond Hill

My custom Charles Goodman listing in Hollin Hills that I wrote about here went under contract this week. For those who like that house, I have two more listings coming up that you may enjoy. The custom Esten House in Hammond Wood by leading D.C. mid-century modern architect Halold Esten and a Goodman in Crest Park on .44 acres backing to parkland. These will both be on the market in the next week or so and must see if you are looking for mid-century modern homes in Montgomery County.

Here are some  mid-century homes that came on the market during the past week, including several new Goodmans. The house pictured above is is a Goodman-designed home in Hammond Hill in Wheaton listed for $369K. Here are a couple of new Goodmans in Hollin Hills: one for $785K and one for $695K. Here’s a listing for a Hillcrest model by Keyes, Lethbridge and Condon in Carderock Springs. It is priced at $769K.

If you are looking to spend more cash on a modern abode ($1.495 million), take a look at this 1966 flat-roof home on more than half an acre in Bannockburn Estates in Bethesda. See how the two architect-owners transformed the mid-century space into a ultra-modern family home.
