Here’s listing for a 1/1 in a River Park co-op high-rise. River Park in southwest D.C. was designed by Charles Goodman. As part of southwest Washington’s urban renewal efforts in the late 1950s and early 1960s, Goodman’s firm designed River Park, which was built by the Reynolds Aluminum Corporation to highlight the usefulness of aluminum. River Park includes townhomes (you can see above) and high-rise buildings. Unfortunately, no pictures on this one.
