Price Drop: 1975 Modern on 5 Acres in Clarksville – $1.25 Million
In reviewing some of the more interesting homes I have written about the past year, I found that this custom modern in Clarksville is still on the market and down from nearly $1.3 million. Designed and built by the current owners, the 1975 home is located on five acres and was inspired by the designs of Frank Lloyd Wright, Mies van de Rohe’s Farnsworth House and Philip Johnson’s Glass House. The 4,500 square foot flat-roof home features a redwood and brick exterior, exposed interior brick walls and 44 panes of floor-to-ceiling glass (just look at that wall of glass in the living room pictured below).
