Price Drop: Custom Harold Esten MCM in Bethesda – $1.075 Million; Open 1/10

The house shortly after it was built in 1966.

The Gazette this week has a nice feature on my listing of a custom Harold Esten-designed home located in Bethesda’s Mohican Hills neighborhood. Writer Carrie Madren captures the unique features of the mid-century modern home that reflects the influences of Breuer and Mondrian. The price has dropped $100,000 to $1.075 million and I will be holding it open this Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m.
